HRC won the popular vote by roughly 3 million. She won California by roughly 4 million votes. Her "popular vote victory" was not nationwide and due solely to the lopsided votes here in Ca. Take Ca. out of the count and Trump won the other49 states by about 2 million votes. The EC is doing exactly what it was intended to do . As to Obamacare, you're wrong. He eliminated the mandate first year in office. His proposed plan is incremental changes eliminating what is wrong and keeping what is right such as covering pre existing conditions. Beyond that he could do little without congressional action and that never came. From dems OR republicans. Same with building the wall. No funds from congress Trump had to move funds from the military budget under the authority of national security and that was a limited amount. You might remember when that happened and Pelosi threatened to sue the president Also Covid is not airborne but droplet transmitted. Huge difference. I'm a former medical technician and one of my primary duties was infection control. If Covid was airborne we would have seen an exponential increase in infections in the first month. We've never reached the projected numbers btw.

Hillary stole a lot of the votes to win the popular vote. She is suspected of stealing at least 5 states.
Half of the republicans in congress are never Trumpers who will not support him in anything.
He's been building the wall, but congress has been fighting him every step of the way, last I heard he has about 400 miles finished.
Covid facts no one seems to care about: 99% recovery if under 70 years old, PCR can be 90% false positives as it was never designed to work the way they are using it, 85% of people that were infected wore masks most or all the time.
All of this can be found out if you take an hour or two and do your own research instead of believing whatever is fed to you by the MSM.

Healthcare would be very affordable if the medical institutions had to compete (they don't, they all set their prices based on overpriced medicare due to laws).
If existing usury laws were enforced there would be minimal debt for college loans. I personally owe $200,000 on a $20,000 student loan due to compound interest. If they capped the interest at a maximum of the original loan amount (so you pay a maximum of 200% of what you borrowed) then that would solve the issue. I'm about to sue the US government for usury on my loan since its $180,000 more than the loan principle.
Everyone wants goods and services to be affordable and competition through the free market causes this.
Everyone believes in science. There is a lot of fake science being spread by paid immoral scientists. You'll have to be more specific. A short list of fake science: radiometric dating, evolution, climate change, carbon credits, covid-19, etc...etc...
