Some context here, in the constantly expanding category of "PROTESTER IN THE ROAD GETS RUN OVER!" (duh) incidents.
This incident happened during one of those "fiery, but peaceful" protests/riots in Seattle in September.
The cop ran his bike over the guy's bike helmet and got suspended for that, not sure what else happened. I guess after a night of having rocks, bottles and shit thrown at him, the cop got a little pissed (which was also thrown at him).
Two wrongs don't make a right, but on the other hand, karma's a bitch.

NY Post:
It came as police say “multiple officers” were injured — including one bike cop filmed getting hit over the head with a baseball bat — during a fiery night when 13 were arrested in what was ruled an unlawful assembly.

Have heard (Hannity) that the Biden campaign is telling media that if they cover the Hunter Biden's laptop story (other than "debunking") they will have "zero access" to Joe Biden, oh wait, make that "President Joe Biden".
