As for the first one, there were only 100 out of millions of ballots, one said he had never seen this happen in his 80 years. That makes those very rare, and since dems vote by mail more, the votes were mostly dems, so they took a heavier blow. I guess you aren't concerned about that?

If there is fraud using votes/ballots, it really only has to be on the order of several hundred to a few thousand at most, in each district where the vote count is tight. Many elections are decided by relatively small margins. It doesn't necessarily require millions of votes/ballots. It does however require knowing where to put those 'extra' ballots. This is why finding out the results (on Election night) will tell any would-be fraudsters where the counts are close -- and thus where votes/ballots are needed to change the result. Competent voting fraudsters would not waste time in districts where the difference in vote counts are overwhelmingly large... They only have to win; they don't have to win big.

I'm writing about organized fraud or manipulation. This is not generally done by individual voters. When I hear the word Democrats, I think only of the politicians. I don't consider a voter to 'belong' to any party -- unless they're actively planning to run for office. And don't forget that entities outside of a party could engage in such fraud -- it doesn't have to be done 'directly' by a party... Plus there are some entities that simply want chaos and distrust in voting and Elections (just as they like putting chaos in other areas of society as well, because it's conducive to 'taking-down' systems and societies).
