A good pal of mine was beat to death in chester pa. He was a "Hippy" looking dude in a band looking for bars to play. He was a week past 21 Birthday. aprox 1991

He got jumped and beat to death 7vs 1. he was abt 5 ft 9 135 lbs.

An old Church lady saw the whole thing, she was black and so were the 7 perps, my buddy was white.
She said they were calling him every racial name in the book. They were never charged with a hate crime.
Of the 7 only 3 went to prison and were let out in less than 3 yrs.

My buddy was a peaceful guy, was studying to be an English teacher.

The Perps went on to kill again.They "Curbed " a dude, stripped him nakid and threw him (or his body, dunno if still alive) off an I95 overpass in front of a tractor Trailor. aprox 1993.

I have personally know 4 people murdered . all 4 were white and all 4 were killed by African Americans. Check your FBI stats on that ratio..

Assholes Like the KKK have killed many black people, lynchings etc. They have also killed Italians, Catholics and Republicans.

The last time the KKK lynched anyone was 1964(according to Tuskegee) where they killed 1 black man. Thats 1 too many but that same year they killed 2 whites.

The USA's largest Mass Lynching ever was 11 Italian men at once in Louisiana, the 2nd was 10 Irish men in PA (Molly McGuire's) .

Sorry to hear about your hippy buddy, that sucks. I'm sure that I am not hearing the full case trial so there are a lot of pieces I am probably missing. I need to hear the arguments from the prosecution and the defense. I don't know much about the lady, how far away she was, whether she was hard of hearing or not, when she came in.

The "Curbed" guy appears to have no racial motivation in his murder, though the nature of his murder is quite grotesque.

There are those who are white who happened to be murdered by blacks and respectively, those who are murdered by whites who happened to be black. Being murdered by one of another race doesn't inherently make it a hate crime.

The cause for the violence is what makes it a hate crime in the loosest definitions. I'm no paralegal, but proving that one commits murder cross-race with race being the motivator is much harder to prove than vanilla murder.

Those numbers are meaningless at a glance. They might mean something if the population of blacks and whites were equal, which it's not. There are almost 6 times as many white people as black people in America.

If you want to be taken seriously, you need to show per capita numbers, not misleading numbers designed to feed a false narrative.
