who are they

It's like a guy's club, celebrating masculinity. That's how it started.

The proud boys are a nationalist group.

Honestly I can't figure them out...some say they're a white supremacy organization, but their leader is a hispanic/black (I don't know his ethnicity) Cuban.

Other say they're just disgruntled nationalists who are championing freedom of assembly, but there seems to be a lot of vitriol directed against them if they were a peaceful organization.

Here's some facts to clarify:
They always notify the police and city when they hold a demonstration.
They always comply with law enforcement.
They don't burn buildings.
They don't loot.
They only get into fights to defend themselves or others.
They are made up of all races.
Make up your own mind
