the real reason why Pelosi started a committee to enact the 25th amendment is not to oust Trump, who could be out in Jan. anyway, but it's to oust Biden if he wins. The 25th amendment says that if the VP and speaker of the House both write a written declaration that the President is not capable to fulfill his duties, then he's out!
