No toenail, I haven't noticed that. In fact, I've noticed quite the opposite. As I just posted, none of my conservative or republican friends have ever mentioned another person's race to me when talking about them. Only my dem / lib friends take that approach. They have to put people into their identity boxes before they can brainwash them into being outraged and voting democrat.
It's pretty sick to treat people like that. To convince them that they can't succeed without the democrat party's help. To convince them that they need help to even make the playing field equal. It's patronizing, it's victim enabling, and it's got to stop before we can deal with the real issues related to racism in this country. None of the black people I know, or those in my 'modern' 'mixed' family feel that way. They'd no sooner look to the govt to solve their problems for them than I would. Meaning only as a last resort.
They refuse to be victims, and they're not.
