no, masks arent perfect but it reduces the chance of transmitting covid drastically and protects yourself, you would think that alone would make republicans all for wearing a mask

no, there are multiple layers to stop certain things. mr hermain cain died of covid, trump said dont wear a mask. even just breathing can transmit covid, its airborne so stop as much virus particles as you can. how has there been 7 million cases and a whopping 200,000 deaths in the us alone? last time i checked thats not 2%

but I'm tired of all of it. Turn off the T.V. or phone or whatever and look around you. Use critical thinking. If what you see makes you feel that the masks & stuff are justified, then fine, by all means protect yourself. As for myself, all the death and sickness and fear exists only on T.V. There are no sick people anywhere around. Everyone I've known unlucky enough to actually get the virus bounces back within a few days or doesn't get sick at all.

i can see that, but there are people getting sick left and right. if you do get sick, you should probably stay in for the 2 weeks because you may still have it and not feel it, unless you get tested and you are sure that you are negative. trump didnt want to spread fear, he knew the lethality if thats a word of this disease, and never told us. we couldve saved so many lives if we planned beforehand. i think we need to know about how deadly the virus is, but you do you i guess.

there are many ways that you can get it, they could've been eating and breathed in even if they immediately replaced it, they could've caught it. masks alone dont help, you gotta social distance and all that. seatbelts alone are great but you have to follow the traffic laws also.

Social distancing of 6 feet doesn't stop covid which has been measured travelling over 47 feet. 6 feet only works in direct sunlight.

but social distancing AND masks can help a lot. i am not saying its perfect, but do your part to help at least slow down the virus. the us is 1st in cases around the world, and we are one of the most non mask wearing country in the world. coincidence? i think not.

then do what makes you comfortable, wear a face sheild if you need to. there are many things you can do

because they dont do a full justice without a mask. if you feel more comfortable just wearing a mask you can wear a face shiled too.

Face shields don't do jack. The virus just follows the air flow and goes around the shield and still gets in your eyes and pores.
The only 100% safe way to avoid a virus like this is a full level 3 biohazard suit.
