Brains are expensive, requiring high quality calories. That's why you don't see primates in North America or other temperate zones. Their simpler digestive tracts need easily digestible and rich fruits for those calories. That's why there's no such thing as sasquatch.
Cetacean brains have more convolutions, neurons, and more highly developed cortexes than humans. We can't even pretend to think we can start to decipher their languages, which some of the human-centrist dolts claim to be little more than hiccups or some other stupidity.
