Realistically the media would have covered her ass and stated that the 210,000 are just estimates including unrelated but similar causes (flu season etc)

She would have caused a mass panic and told everyone to stay in their homes. Everything will still be closed, the economy will be the same as during the great depression and the small businesses will be out of business leaving only the big businesses

In reality at least 152,000 of those deaths are from things unreleated to covid-19.
