This election is gearing up to be a logistical nightmare. Despite the pandemic, we need to get our votes in one way or another.

This election is gearing up to be a logistical nightmare. Despite the pandemic, we need to get our votes in one way or another. | Wife & I put in a request for absentee ballots weeks ago. Mine was returned with a letter stating I was not registered to vote (I've been registered at my address for years), while my wife never even received a reply. This suggests a different reason than "voter fraud" to distrust the mail-in voting process: They may be systematically undercounted, either through logistical difficulties or deliberately. We'll keep trying to get our absentee ballots I guess, but based on this, I'm leaning more heavily toward voting in-person now. Mask up and stay far, far away from unmasked morons, and voting in-person should be no riskier than going to the grocery store. | image tagged in sarcasm cowboy, voting, pandemic, voter fraud, rigged elections, election 2020 | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Can we have Democrat and "Covid-friendly" lines at polling sites in November? | image tagged in grim reaper no no he's got a point, election 2020,2020 elections,covid-19,covidiots,voting | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
I fully expect rampant intimidation at polling sites by means of unmasked idiots hooting, hollering, pretending to sneeze, actually sneezing, etc.

This election is going to be a nightmare

At my polling location nobody gets past the entrance unless they're masked. The parking lot might be another story, though.

Right — even if those rules exist, they’ll hoot and holler and accost and intimidate the same way they do outside abortion clinics.

Perhaps by infiltrating designated areas reserved for those campaigning and carrying signs and pamphlets.

I live in NY. My wife has underlying conditions so I’ve been very careful at work and in public. She’s voting with an absentee ballot this year. I told her I will run naked through barbed wire and then swim through a lake of grain alcohol to vote Trump the f**k out at the polls.

No one is going to tell me my vote doesn’t count.

My mom is going to vote person, with a n-95 and a face shield. It isn’t magic

I live in Texas, so vote by mail isn't really an option here. And they cut early voting times and locations, so it's gonna be hard for a lot of people this year.

I am shocked. SHOCKED.

Well, I’m not that shocked.
