Biden and Trump are watching the fish in an aquarium.
"Watch this," says Trump, "I can control the fish!" He moves his head close to the glass, stares at a fish, and then moves his head up and down, and the the fish follows his movements.
Biden tries the same, and soon he is standing stock still, staring at the fish while slowly opening and closing his mouth.
