My point isn't that poor whites don't exist or that poor whites don't matter, but that black families on average, have much less wealth than than white families on average, and that forcing blacks to marry won't solve that.

This is a very complex issue to me at least, but simply put, even if all black women married black men, it isn't enough to bridge the racial gap. White married woman have significantly more wealth than black married women.
