My actual thoughts are prisons are ran by either Good people or Bad people. Sometimes those bad people are Democrat, sometimes Republican. Sometimes the good ones are Republican sometimes the good ones are Democrat.

I know what cognitive dissonance is, and cognitive bias, that is why I read sources provided. It isn't my fault that people are using fake news for their resource. I can only point that out and ask for a better source.
