My time in combat has told me that Kyle defended himself like a boss. that coward trying to execute him definetly pulled a terrorist move. anyone defending the coward is a straight up, unpatriotic bitch.
Look at picture 5 - how can an arm wound be first degree murder. More like self defense if someone comes at you with a pistol you have every right to shoot them with your rifle.
