No, social distancing says 6 feet. That only works in direct UV light such as sunlight. Without UV covid has been clocked travelling 47 feet.
The only real way to prevent the spread is to stay at home and have no contact with the world.
Of course this will never acheive "herd immunity" for that we need to expose everyone that is not vulnerable (pretty much anyone that is healthy below the age of 65), and that's not happening with social distancing and mask mandates.
