It's just one I'll never forget, engraved in my memory. The point is, some of the shootings are justified, some are not. Sometimes people need to obey lawful orders, sometimes people need to know their rights and police need to chill. I don't want anarchy but I don't care to live in a glorified police state either. There has to be a middle ground.

These things need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. There are an abundance of laws on the books that are unconstitutional and in themselves unlawful.
