Look at the facts, he stayed conscious even though he was tased twice, and had a knife, was able to walk to his car easily. He was probably on a high dosage of drugs.

Yes, it actually does. There is a police code that is taught that tells you how many shots a person needs. We don't know if Jacob Blake took drugs. He most likely did, being that he stayed conscious through two taser shots and was able to walk with no problem.

No, I am not. I am saying he is a rapist, a pedophile, a domestic abuser, and had a knife, and was resisting arrest even though the cops had a warrant for his arrest and had evil intentions. He had to have been on some kind of stimulant and had three kids in the backseat of the car. 



You don't let a sexual abuser with a knife, who is on drugs drive a car, especially when the abuser has kids in the back.
