You’re 100% correct. Take East Germany (GDR) as an example: The Stasi kidnapped children of regular citizens — and gave them to leaders within the Communist Party. That means that the East German leaders were criminals. Regular East German citizens were psychologically terrorized by the Stasi.

All I see is her pointing out that the ad led to death threats, words hurt, and that some free speech advocates are hypocrites. If she does say to the public that she will make the government penalize you for hateful speech, then I'll criticize her then. Yeah, but it was made legal since 1989. It doesn't change the fact that what he is advocating for is unconstitutional, and a way to suppress dissent.
