California schools were once the envy of the nation, now we rank 38th but spend more per student than most. Every year we have bond issues on the ballot but no improvement is seen. Half the teachers are more involved in politics than education and the beuracracy sucks up all the money. Remember how the Lottery was going to cover a lot of schools operating costs. Lies and bullshit. Get rid of the political activist teachers disband the teachers union and go voucher for private or religious school ring or at home schooling.
