About a month ago. He was quoted as saying that he's constantly tested. Now the news is spinning it to say he's clarifying that he did not. But maybe he actually did take a test but just forgot.

Even if Biden was trying to use taking a drug test before you get a job as an example, which, watching the video he might of, but he was stumbling a lot in his speech. But yes, it's pretty much standard operating procedure to take a drug test before being offered a position at almost any company. So I'd like to have him take a cognitive test because being elected.

You can tell that he gets angry about his failing cognitive abilities and lashes out. Oh well, when he gets Scalia'd, he can only blame himself.
