Ok I read most of it, a page or so into when it talks about the decline.
It makes sense I suppose. You can see that in the US.
To me it really makes me think even more that Trump is the last hope for America. In this context because of all he's done for the military and cause he 100% wants to put America first and he's not afraid to look like he's bullying other nations (China).
And actually, China does seem to fit into the process in an interesting way. They haven't so much achieved much on the fields of conquest or colonization. China on the other hand seems to use economic and political conquest. Nations focused on wealth (like in the decline stage) would be especially susceptible to China since it can offer people great financial gain, even at the cost of their own country.
