If Trump has 0 Racism Points (RPs) and Wilson has 90 RPs, then Wilson has MORE points than Trump, and it isn't implying that Trump is racist, since he has 0 RPs. If you have 3 tacos, your friend has 4 tacos, Bob has 7, and I have 0, then the title "People who have more tacos than me" is accurate and doesn't imply that I have 1 or more tacos.
