People didn't test for covid before because it wasn't as available. I'm old enough to remember when we were told to isolate unless it got more serious. So, if somebody has symptoms now they can get a free test which shows up in increased numbers. This isn't rocket science. It's supply and demand economic.

The death rate has plummeted. Chances of survival are 99.67% even if you do get covid. The old and sick need to be careful still. Stop with the panic porn.

I actually agree with you. Someone needs to tell the news, that those affected by Covid are not the same rate of people dying. So if anything, its Government Crony News Networks causing panic.

Depends on the region. The death rate states like California, Arizona, Texas and Florida certainly hasn’t plummeted.

The death rate hasn't plummeted. It has gone down yes, because there has been a significant increase of infection. When the number of infected go up, and fatalities steadily climb, the fatality rate can still slump. Since it takes anywhere from two-three weeks; it's expected that in about two weeks the fatality rate will climb back up.

Perhaps it won't, perhaps it may stay steady. I'm only explaining why increasing the numbers of infected is causing the fatality rate to go down. We're still seeing a steady average in deaths, however.

The spike in testing doesn’t account for the spike in the number of ICU beds occupied by corona victims.

Those who catch Covid has gone up due to testing, while deaths has gone down dramatically.

The rate of deaths has gone way down, and testing someone who is positive for it, does nothing, since the numbers at this point only measures those who have it, not those who will die from it.

YES, the death rate has dropped big time, and testing people who might have it, does nothing but allow government to impose more senseless rules upon us, which is unconstitutional.

OK, you are an idiot for not understanding me, so I'll try one more time: The rate of deaths are hugely down, anyone can have it but doesn't mean sickness or death will be the results. People can test positive for a lot of things that won't inflict them. Study the science and math you sap.
