Nobody said all cops good, now, did they? If you can prove that they are partaking in the shootings on purpose in this case then please do so. Otherwise, your comments are purely snide and without merit. Are all the protestors good. No! But I am not saying "are the protestors still partaking in violence themselves?"

Not in any of these shootings. These were all by the citizenry. Way more shootings than the cops, many more black lives lost. You keep telling yourself that the cops are the problem.

How do you know? The public never finds out about these things until they force the evidence out of the city's cold dead hands. You're on total trust for the police that the public does not share at this point.

Are the police still murdering people they're supposed to be protecting? Then yes, stop giving them more go***mned money! You don't give more money to people who are guilty of misconduct. And murder at that.

You make it sound like ALL the police are doing this. You know how ignorant you really sound? Do you know how many 1000s of police interactions there are in this country with the citizenry every day? Yeah, there just shooting them all up at any chance they get.

Unacceptable. I'm not happy with funding a police service we cannot trust unless ALL police AREN'T doing this. Absolute trust in the police - nothing less will do.

What you say will never ever happen. No matter how hard police departments try, there will always be some that are power hungry and/or violent. There are bad people in every profession in the world. That's human beings and not just a police thing. So get rid of police. Then what???? Welcome to anarchy.

Imagine if it was just accepted that some pilots were power hungry and violent and some percentage of them were just going to crash planes. Would you say "Not all pilots!"

Would you accept it if some surgeons were power hungry and violent and intentionally killed people? "Not all surgeons.." "It's only a few bad apples..."

Police departments should do everything that they can possibly do to appropriately train and root out bad cops. But please stop pretending that you are an expert of what has been going on in every police department in the country or how hard they have or have not been trying.

This has been on the news, witnesses, video, that sort of thing.

The dunderheads in office here decided earlier this year on a new policy to let the arrested out without bail, then they let out tons of the sentenced so they won't get Covid in jail because we know how they move in and out spreading disease. Add to that frustration with this end of the world thingy, boredom and a climate labeling police as a bad thing, and PRESTO! we have a crime wave.
Last night they even shot at the windshield of a police car.

Meanwhile Mayor DerpBalsio wants to cut police funding by one billion.

If this cretinous waste has issues with the police, then maybe making their day busier is not the optimal solution.
