She's (and yes I'm assuming her gender) not particularly offensive looking. So what if she's overweight and her hair is green.
Now, she is stupid if she thinks we shouldn't assume her gender. She has breasts and is making no attempt to obscure them. Her tank top actually emphasizes them slightly. Her skirt is clearly female attire. As well as the feminine necklace she is wearing.
