While it’s true that undocumented residents living in California can obtain driver’s licenses, the state has not passed any laws that also provide them the right to vote. The New Motor Voter Act was passed in an effort to improve voter turnout, and while this law does automatically register citizens to vote when they obtain or renew their driver’s licenses, that action only applies to citizens who have already attested and/or documented an eligibility to vote.

Any undocumented residents who mistakenly fails to opt-out for the voter registration program was negated by lack of proper documentation by the state’s voter registry office.

The Democratic party is filled with voter fraud. I have seen it over and over again with my own eyes in Chester and Philadelphia Pa. Under Milton Street admin it was the worst.

Yes, it is incredibly difficult to commit voter fraud in this country and get away with it.

These men allegedly tampered with the May 12, 2020 special election in the City of Paterson and were charged seven weeks later by the OPIA (Office of Public Integrity & Accountability). An office created two years ago to specifically "strengthen public confidence in government institutions" so I find that in and of itself very suspect.

Still, if these alleged charges are true, I suppose you cannot continue to say mail-in ballots are so easily prone to voter fraud is so difficult to pull off by even potential candidates for city council.

I got to wonder why the Republican Party is so dead set against mail-in-ballots now, what with it being allowed as far back as 1864. And is, in fact, in many cases the only way some people can vote such as those with severe medical conditions and not to mention those serving outside our country right now.

How far are you from Chester Pa? Go there on any election and then tell me what you see.
