I’ve heard of common practices of companies striving to be “diverse” so they hire for skin color and not skill. Take the NFL for example. Right now drafts are doing their best to include as many minority groups (including blacks) as possible.

That’s basically saying blacks can’t get into the NFL without help. It’s racist.

LOL the attempts at diversity is probably to include other races besides blacks. Are you kidding? African-American football players don't need help getting into the NFL. There aren't as many black quarterbacks or coaches, though, I'll give you that. K

It's kinda like Harvard putting a cap on the number of Asians it will accept in an attempt to give whites a better chance of getting in. In that case the whites are the minority looking for the equal opportunity.

Really?? So BLM isn't out there protesting as we speak? Are you f-ing stupid? And why did Trump say this about players kneeling? “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son of a bitch off the field right now, out. He’s fired. He’s fired!’"

Kaepernick was kneeling while Trump was campaigning. After that other players were doing it. Trump also said this about Kaepernick's criticism of the racial injustice in the US: “I think it’s a terrible thing, and you know, maybe he should find a country that works better for him. Let him try."

Trump also ignited a Nike boycott among his unhinged supporters because Nike had the nerve to run an ad with Kaepernick in it. Good grief, were you like 10 yrs old in 2016?

The institutions that inspired them (aka the police) have been around since ex-slaves were given the right to vote. That doesn't let Trump off the hook for being a white supremacist, for having known Ok sign flashing white supremacists in his cabinet, for being an unapologetic racist.
