When the rich get bored with all the sex they want by their 20s, they go into ever viler territory in order to get excited. That's why their accidentally leaked private sex tapes make those of regular folks look so mundane.

Further, rape is about violence, not about being too broke to get any. Just because connections, more expensive lawyers, bribes, and fame tend to get them off with a slap on a wrist doesn't mean they didn't do it.

Farrow wrote that he 'heard' of 7 sexual assaults from Lauer's associates, but didn't state 6 weren't involving Lauer. Factchecking now shows that the referenced weren't accusing Lauer directly. Farrow didn't source any of them. Just 'heard'.

Now, I know Hollywood has a casting couch, but with Lauer, he lied by omission. The NYT broke the story. That casts a doubt on his work, tho.
