I guess I can get to the heart of the issue if it helps you to respond because you didn't actually respond to my point. It all comes down to evidence. I know the left hates it and ignores it but that is what we libertarians look for, and, to their credit, conservatives too.
Let us literally look at one common factor in these kinds of cases. The victim will always turn to someone they trust or someone close to themselves and share what happened.
Tara Reid has that in spades. In court filings with her husband at the time, he was deposed as saying that he was sympathetic to her because she was sexually harassed at work and that the chief of staff struck a deal with her.
Christine Blasey Ford, on the other hand, whose lawyer literally admitted they had ulterior motives, said she told her best friend who was at the party... Her friend at the party said that not only did that party not happen, but that she also never shared this event with her. Her best friend then said that people on the left threatened her to change her story. And you still think the Christine is to be believed? Even Juanita Broderick immediately told the person that entered her room after Bill Clinton raped her.
So again, there was no outrage with Christine Blasey Ford, because her motives were murky based on her own actions, and there was no evidence. Tara Reid actually has a metric shit ton of evidence on her side... So stick to the script... Why should I get outraged about women that have no evidence? And why do people on the left look down on outrage when there is so much evidence to swim in?
