What are some reasons people would believe the Earth is flat?

They never studied history...

The logical reason is that some people don't have any logical reason.

They're the type of people who think the government has something big to hide, for whatever reason. Because I couldn't possibly imagine the use of hiding the fact if the Earth is flat. When we show them facts, they say the government manipulated it. They say the scientists were paid. They say that all those hundreds upon thousands of people for multiple years are hiding this big secret. They don't want to accept the truth and choose to believe their own little fantasies because the real world isn't special enough for them.

God, I hate them.

I'll never understand them... they're the ones that need to be sent to space...

I've heard some flat earthers say that they think we're under a dome, I'm not sure they actually believe space is there.

Of course that wouldn't stop them being sent there.

It's the right one.

In the old days, all they could see to was the horizon. Nothing past that, but they didnt know that as they walked the edge would get farther. The horizon is flat, and that is why they thought the world was flat. They didnt have the science like we do now. Only the eccentric and brilliant people of that time thought the world was round, and they were right. Example, Galileio

Cuz they are stupid and don't listen to reason. Or they've lived in the same place their whole lives, and never traveled. Or weren't educated.Many reasons.

Enoch discovered the earth was round pre-flood

2 Enoch 4 And they showed me the 200 angels who govern the stars and the heavenly combinations. And they fly with their wings, and do the rounds of all the planets.

Not proud to admit it, but yeah. I haven't read all of the Catholic Bible and much of what the Catholic Bible speaks of contradicts God's word. Enoch, on the other hand, correlates with the book of Genesis and fits the timeline.

Imagine dying to spread the word that the Earth was round only for people to start questioning it again.

Hey, now I have a question for these flat-earthers. If we've believed that the Earth is flat for hundreds of years, wouldn't we have found something by now?

Also, what about all those expeditions and stuff?
