Decades ago I read the published Communist Goals from 1963. I think it was 45 specific goals- all checked off. I'm a born again believer and I believe anything is possible with God's help. Our country is in the state it's in because of the choices Americans have made. It's easy to think the left is going to overtake us and everything is gonna get bad soon, which to an extent could happen. But likewise, conservatives are not obsolete; we're still here and in good numbers. We got trump in, which I believe shows our presents, for sure. We need to band together and stick to our conservative views and beliefs and most importantly, pray and draw close to God. America has thrived because of the morals and stands our founders had; they got it right. And the communistic/socialist views simply ARE NOT RIGHT.
So in a word, no. It's not too late. We've still got this. God's more powerful than any wide-cracking liberal, and all things will work to his glory. That's what I think.

Without question. The one upside of this COVID-19 thing has been that a lot of people I've been speaking with about Christ for a long time are starting to ask the right questions. One thing I've learned is He will open the doors He wants us to go through and He will close the doors He where doesn't want us to go. This is a huge door that has been opened for believers who are bold in the faith.

Sure! Sounds good. And wow ,great testimony! I've been in a Christian fam my whole life, i have the best parents in the world. I made a profession of faith at 9 years old, then come 2 years later, I started having doubts....I made another profession just to be sure, but still, something was wrong. I knew how to be saved, but felt as if I did something wrong. I went through 3 more years of seeking God and asking him to help me with this situation.
Finally, at 14, mom one day started talking about some salvation -related stuff. It wasn't directed towards me, but all of a sudden I realized I understood everything; what was holding me back? I was worried I would make yet another false profession, but realized how simple it was. And most importantly, it was a matter of the heart, not the words you say(which I believe was something I did last time, just saying the words). I went to my parents, we talked, then I knelt down and admitted I was a sinner, repented of my sins, and accepted Christ as my saviour; I ment it with all my heart. I know I'm still saved now 3 years later....September 25, 2016 was the day. God's taught me a lot and I'm still learning too!

Some people think when they become Christians, God turns into a daily Santa Claus. Not the case for sure, no one gets strong by an easy life. Like trees that grow with no wind, they have no roots to support them when harsh winds blow. Sink your roots deep down in the Word. The greatest people if history read the Bible daily. You are another such great person. The stronger you become, the harder Satan will come at you to knock you down. Be ready for that. I wasn't too many times in my life and those are my greatest regrets. When things get rough, make sure that you press closer to God. Always. As much as possible let's stay in touch. You have a lot more great things to tell. Speaking of telling, try to tell at least one person a month about Christ (you can tidy up my dissertation below for a start). IF they come to Christ and tell one, pretty soon you have 144 people who know about the Kingdom and the goodness of God, They'll tell more and so it goes. I can honestly say, I learn something and see something new each time. I have to go to sleep, up at midnight for my essential worker job, so I need to sign off for now. I had a paper route (yes it was in the 1960's) and one customer asked me when I came to collect the monthly bill what church I went to (Methodist), he asked if I knew how to go to heaven, I said yeah, be good, don't lie, do what your parents tell you. And then he said, wouldn't it be nice if you could do that all the time. I said yeah. Then he showed me 3 verses of salvation and gave me a pocket New Testament (which I still have) and the rest is history. I can say in retrospect that every perplexing episode had a clear purpose for God's plans and it has been an absolutely incredible journey that I would not change for the world.

Yes. In 1964 I watched the political conventions with my Dad and saw Ronald Reagan deliver his A Time for Choosing speech. Even at 6 years old it all made sense. I earned a good living and loved every minute of it, but you know. save the planet. blame oil. Fly to a conference- usual democrat answers for everything. So, see in the name of keeping bureaucrats employed, as a truck driver I can't work over 8 hours without taking a 30 minute break. Which is really great one size fits all thinking (kind of like condoms, you of all people know how hard it is to find condoms small enough to fit you) So a lot of my loads are 8 hrs. 10 minute drive time, or 8 hours 6 minutes. It's like a government mandated time slot just to aggravate you.
Then I can't drive over 11 hours a day and once I clock in I can't work more than 14 hours, which is really short days compared to how long I worked every day in the oil and gas industry. SO I have tons of spare time just to annoy you without being meaninglessly retired!
Then in their government thoughtfulness, I can't work more than 70 hours in 8 days which makes my 7- 14 hour oilfield days look like they were time consuming. Well shazam, when that happens I have to take a 34 hour break to really rest up and piss you off so bad all you do is wet your pants and bitch about me for hours on end.
