Hey at least someone had the decency to bag it up.

That's got to count for something.

If someone litters is it their representative’s duty to clean up after them? How would that work? Also, are these truly sanitation conditions everywhere in the district, or just certain areas?

Other thing: Local officials, not congresspersons, are responsible for day-to-day city management issues like sidewalks and trash.

Congresspersons are sent to Washington to represent their districts at the federal level. It makes very little sense to criticize Rep. Pelosi or anyone else in Congress for something like this occurring in their districts. You might as well be blaming both California Senators, or Trump himself, because that's how far removed Pelosi is from this stuff.

And now you know.

And just who do you think runs the city of SF, twat waffle? It's a super blue city.

And while day to day management of the city is up to local officials, their elected representatives in Congress are there to work on THEIR BEHALF

Yeah, I know they're blue. But the Mayor of SF and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors aren't nearly as juicy political targets for you guys. Never seen a single meme against them.

Y'all don't really care about these issues except to the extent it can potentially damage the Speaker of the House. But according to how our government is structured in America, it just doesn't, sorry.

See also: How people live in backwoods West Virginia, solid Republican country. See above.

That's the former mayor, you twat waffle. Yeah, he's wasn't a juicy Target at all when he was in local office.

Do you see how stupid you are?

Obviously not, because rather than addressing the issue, you engage in your typical whataboutism.

What do you have to say about him now?

Plenty...he hands benefits to illegal aliens, wants to give them more, he blames the Trump administration for the California homeless crisis which precedes the Trump administration (what happened to the buck stops at the top?). Do I need to go on?

I don't always resort to shaming other folks' environments: but when I do, it's because y'all went there first.

Come on Kylie, we all know that people who live like this are victims, right?

It's the job, no, more than that... it's the responsibility of the govt to stop this!

That's liberal logic 101,right?

So, by dogma, we must blame Pelosi for the human feces, and the dying junkies in the streets of her district.

We have no choice!!!

Economic developments of the past few decades haven't been kind to all sorts of folks all over the country.

Getting the "left behind" integrated back into mainstream American society, whether they're homeless in SF or addicted to meth in WV, is an issue that transcends partisan politics.

How do you even attempt to make a comparison here? West Virginia is mostly empty space /boonies, San Francisco is literally heaping piles of trash and feces.
