Probably not. Doritos are just tortilla chips. It's the flavoring that makes them salty spicy. It isn't uncommon for homemade tortilla chips to be sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar for a sweet snack. (It wouldn't be a good idea to use store bought chips, as they are typically pre-salted). So reese's flavored doritos could work, if done properly.
