That is correct, but governments are barely clinging on to power these days. We must beware of the technocrats and their 'inventions'. Tech companies are already more powerful than most governments around the world and have been pushing humanity in a very dangerous direction. So far they have managed to collect endless amounts of data on each of us, likes/dislikes/opinions/movement all help in creation of psychological profiles on each and every one of us. For now, there are basic applications comparing to what's on the horizon once AI is applied to make sense of it all. If not careful, each and every one of us will have their own invisible 'friend' who knows us better than we know ourselves. We'll become cattle. Some of the patents owned by Google/Apple/Microsoft, etc.. mean voices and alter DNA....wtf for?! But they'll be people lining up for it. Bill Gates' vaccine, no thanks. Elon Musk Neuralink, FO!

It's interesting to consider that there are corporations today worth more than entire countries.

When the world shuts down and the stock market can have a rally, you know there is a complete disconnect from the common man and where the money is being made.

Bad news means more money given to corporations to bail them out.

Ask the opinion of those who were recipients of drone strikes (over 500 under Obama alone) how they feel about flying ships. Mind you, that tech is still in its infancy.

Oh, I don't deny they are watching us. Government is pretty weak but they team with corporations. Politicians are owned by corporations. Tax burden is shifted from corp to people, while corporations get more and more information on us. We're pretty much controlled at this point. The first straw was property tax. Who in their right mind would ever freely give their property to the local gov and pay (rent) tax on it forever?

You say politicians teamed up with corporations, but then say that they are owned. I'd say the latter is true. Corporations lobbied these politicians and funded their elections. I don't see as having someone in their pocket as 'teaming up'.

I was talking about technocracy and technocrats. A good example of one in the news at the moment is Bill Gates. He's neither an MD or an epidemiologist. Yet somehow is the voice of the epidemic, telling people worldwide how to live, what precautions to take, how long we should be locked down for (18months), the new 'normal' (no travel or social contact without vaccine/implant).

It's important to notice that Bill Gates owns virus patents and vaccine companies. Both Fauci and Birx either worked directly with him or Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation founded their work (PEPFAR). BMGF nominated Tedros as the current head of the WHO.

This is beyond politics,.. look into technocracy.

They are placing people under house arrest and even put tracking devices on people. Also tracking your movement by your cell phones. Little to big brother for me.

I mean, we are still doing that. Not only are we doing that, but we're not even providing medical care to the people in those cages who have caught the virus. Strange how for all the talk of fascist authoritarianism I've been seeing in response to the 'stay at home' orders, nobody mentions the fact that our government is practically condoning genocide.
