S. Korea stopped the virus through tests. Through testing they tracked down people along the chain of infection and isolated them, instead of quarantining the entire country.

Testing is good. Look at stats for Israel Australia they doing plenty of testing per capita and I think exceding SK also lowered death rates oh and Germany.
