Since then there have been numerous scandals for both her and Bill, and she has always managed to avoid prosecution despite obvious guilt, hence the meme. Pointing out she hasn't been prosecuted only strengthens the point.

Perhaps unknown to you is that Congress has no prosecutorial power. Tell Bill Barr, John Durham and John Huber, all of whom do have prosecutorial power, to "stop beating a dead horse." I watched Comey read off that laundry list of her crimes. Like most rational people, felt he was going to say she would be indicted. But I guess he didn't want to end up committing suicide with two bullets to the back of his head...

And yet: Clinton was never charged with any crime, let alone tried. As such, double-jeopardy does not apply. Comey's successors aren't barred from prosecuting her for emails or anything else. Why not?

There are only three possible outcomes for her, KF. 1. she dies, without having been charged. 2. she's charged, and beats the rap. 3. charged and convicted.

So, BARRing #2 happening (did you see what I did there?) she's looking over her shoulder for the rest of her life. Of course, in her case, with what she knows, she'd probably be doing that as a suicide prevention technique, convicted or not, since so many in her orbit have been "Epsteined" from behind.
