congestion pricing is the only proven policy solution to help traffic congestion, i.e. too many gd cars in the way.
bonus: bus transit works better without so many cars in the way. other bonus: less pollution, reduced idling emissions is a public health win.
side bonus: a pile of money that can be devoted to making streets safer and transit better, even more dependable, frequent, efficient.
