By that logic literally half of all political memes can't be used because the person in the picture doesn't actually share the same politics. It's just a meme. I chose that picture because he has the same facial expression I had at the time; skeptical disbelief.

Also considering Incel is a term for ugly, skinny, white dudes who are mad that girls don't give them attention, I'd say having a gay guy in the meme works even better.

Just white dudes? Dang, I've been calling someone on this site an incel for days (he claims to be a stud with the trannies, and says desiring them is the manliest thing a man can do - I swear), and he had referred to whites in a derisive way, so I figured he wasn't. Then again, he's an Otaku Emo kid, so probably a self loather.

Otaku or Weeaboo? There's a big difference. Otaku's are people who like Anime, even those that don't come from Japan (Like "Code Lyoko", "Avatar: the Last Airbender", or "Martin Mystery") and these people are usually pretty relaxed and chill. Weeaboos are a completely different beast; They basically have a Japanese fetish and are drawn to all things Japan just because they're Japanese, they Only like "The traditional submissive Japanese girls", are usually your typical emo, 'I wish I was Japanese', and claims to only watch the "good" anime but really only watches the edgy stuff like Death Note, and say's he's seen all of "Bleach" but can't even name the main character.

Technically I'm an Otaku, because I watch anime like "My bride is a mermaid", "Sword art online" (Season 1a and 1b more specifically), "Avatar: the Last Airbender", "Code Lyoko", "Clannad", "Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions". But I'm no weeb.

It's typically just white guys, that's the general stereotype. Although I'm sure there's plenty of other people who would qualify if that's not the case. I'll typically consider someone an incel if they are low testosterone, misogynistic (actually so, not this new-wave feminist "everyone who says i'm wrong is a misogynist" crap), or generally submissive, race doesn't really matter to me.
