I don't care what he says, the fact is the Russians chose to promote his presidency in two straight elections, not because it is good for us, but because they perceive that it is good for them. Why would Sanders winning the Democratic Nomination benefit them? Can you imagine the Cuban population of Florida voting for the Socialist running for president? Can you imagine second generation Americans voting for the Socialist? Can you imagine anyone but an extremist wholeheartedly supporting the socialist. Read what pollsters say about Americans' opinions of socialists in politics. I suspect Bernie supporters go out of their ways to ignore the unpleasant truth about his candidacy. He said, in Playboy magazine, right before the last election that it would be impossible to put together a campaign based on what he stood for, that would win. So, he knows he can't win. Why is he running?
