The idea that men are not supposed to hit women is based on the belief that men are strong and women are weak and unable to hurt a man. This is sexist as hell, and flat out untrue. Woman can be strong, and violent. The idea that men are just supposed to take it is based on outdated beliefs about sex roles. Don't hit anybody. If someone hits you, you don't have to allow that and may defend yourself. It doesn't give you permission to beat them down.

Me, I'm simply a believer in "never hit first, always hit last".

If ladies first, then man ( or whatever)second,since the girl is a lady and she punches you first(ladies first) it is your whole priority to do the second part, equal rights is here for a reason. Bully version: solution 1: put up a really big fight that's make you go straight to the school nurse and get you both to detention.(not really get a good idea but at least he got back something but he would bully you more.🤔)( reply to me for another solution)
