We have more liberty than we've had in a long, long, time. Liberty to find a job out of the plentiful jobs that are now available. Liberty to live without fear of terrorist attacks. Liberty to have our 401(k) skyrocket (wait, is that 409?) Liberty to keep and bear arms, etc., etc., etc.

The only liberties that we've lost are the liberty to wear a MAGA hat in public without being assaulted, and the liberty to put a Trump sign in our front yard, without having our house vandalized.

I drive past a house with Bernie signs every day, and not once have I thought about doing anything to the person who owns that house, or their property. You absolutely cannot say the same would be true of others, if someone has a Trump sign in their yard.

Also, in addition questioning the actions of those in the legislative branch which are more willing to turn a blind eye to such actions because they are more worried about making their hard right base angry and their own reelection. So in essence this meme is satire regarding the actions of the morons who get elected on either side of the aisle and and their failure to perform their Constitutional duties because they are more worried about being voted out of office. However I get it not everyone gets satire, that requires an actual education.

Next, you talk about pubs turning a blind eye to appease their base. I can agree with that in general, but of course it applies to both parties. If you believe dems are somehow better, you're dead wrong.
