Quite oppressive, when you spend 1-hour a day filling in forms before your men who are waiting to start work every day and then spend another hour before you finish work filling in details of incidents at work on elf safety its mind destroying. All because the EU says you must, it's also mind-blowing knowing we had far better HS standards that we adhered to long before the EU
