Yes I am mostly agreed on all that making it an impossible story.
Since writing earlier I went and found then read some more which actually clarified that it was nothing to do with Iran Deal. The story clarified is that the U.S gave them to Syrian Army and somehow Iran captured them from the them and the U.S has then since retrieved them but they had used one which killed 20 Russian Troops.
People embelishing stories and omitting other parts says it's all bullshits.,The troops killed went from 80 to 20 and how they came to be in Iranian hands obviously has changed quite remarkably. No worries thanks for the input.
