Were you asking because you genuinely wanted an answer? Or because you wanted to make a point you think will pooh, pooh, the meme's point?

Primarily, Yes. Only leftists disagree. The posts I've seen out of you in the past would have you qualifying under that label.

so that's a firm NO,then?
while there is valid criticism in regards to the Maduro government, the corporate media narrative has conveniently omitted some pretty vital aspects of the argument,to promote a particular narrative.

one of those narratives is your meme.
which is why I asked what the basis of your argument came from.
and also the reason I used the template I did.

maybe you are unaware of the SOA,or the NED and their stated goals, maybe you don't care.
maube you are unaware of that the Monroe doctrine is in full effect,or maybe you don't care.
maybe you are unaware of the policies of American intervention in both central and south America, maybe you don't care.

I do not know you.
I do not know your politics, your level of education, your perspective on American foreign policy.which is why I asked, and implied you may be missing some vital, historical points.

so I was attempting to discern your base foundational understandings of the situation in Venezuela.

"so that's a firm NO,then?"

Not even going to try to argue - just going straight for the strawman? Nice.

What you call assumption, I call objective observation. Trying to play the middle road while being on the left " scooter " won't' float with me. However, I am open to the possibility you may not be aware you're on the left. Most on the far left don't see themselves that way.

Your proving my speculations correct by indicating your position is rooted in bias. You just openly admitted that with your corporation media nonsense conspiracies - which is a position that itself has not been argued, but assumed.

This is precisely why I answered in the manner in which I did. You were offering a line of questioning based on what is clear now, is your own bias regarding the matter.

Whether or not I care in regards to all of the things you've mentioned. You mean do I consider them? Sure, I'm also careful to consider not to jump to what's known as a false, cause, logical fallacy.

The folks in the Scandinavian countries find it acceptable. I don't see any mass exodus from there.

Which is neither here nor there as to whether or not Scandinavia is a success or failure. Value terms are not subjective, but rather objective.

Like five percent of Scandinavia pays the top tier income brackets. Hardly the typical experience of "the people".

This is flatly false. Those only making 50K a year in Scandinavian countries pay over 50% in income taxes. and that rate goes all the way up to 75%. This isn't counting all the taxes they pay either. There are others.

Also, while the tax system of Scandinavian countries does vary for incomes, it's not nearly as progressive as ours here in the US or other socialist/Capitalist models. Scandinavian countries soak all income levels - not just the rich.

Bloomberg News - a liberal news source owned by former Mayor Bloomberg of NYC - relatively recently ran a whole article about this, because Bloomberg - like many leftists - has been looking at Scandinavian nations as a model of how our tax system should be.

Bloomberg has himself said that if Democrats want to do all they want to do - Then everyone has to pay - not just the Rich. His positions have drawn boos and hisses from American liberals and socialists who regularly campaign on popular platforms of soaking the rich.

Then move there. You cannot compare a country with little to no GDP to a large scale superpower your argument is like comparing Maine to Texas.

Antithesis. They move the remarks around now even when you reply to them directly. They get jumbled. Mininuggets should move there too.

How do you figure the Scandinavian countries have little or no GDP? Sweden ranks 23rd in the world for GDP, and Norway and Denmark aren't far behind. And these countries have only 5-10 million people each.

23rd. Great. They are going to be amazing when they hit 22nd. Move there. You can surely help them be better.

In terms of GDP per capita, Norway is 3rd. The U.S. Is 8th.

No no no he said Scandinavia it must be combined and then averaged out ALL of scandinavia not just the one you pick.

Denmark is 9th and Sweden is 11th in GDP per capita. Far better than most countries.

So combine them and average them out per capita. There you go. There is your answer. Per capita how much do they take in and put out? Don't deflect most are about the size of Texas so be realistic. Give real numbers. You are basically equating a country less than the size of one state to our huge country and think they are better so why are you here again? What is your point. They are better? No they are frozen. They have a better plan? No they are small and tiny. You want to be Elsa in Frozen. That is on you. I am not sure I understand what your desire in the argument is because we would never be like scandinavia because we have too many liberals giving shit away for free.

Now you're just ranting.
[deleted]
0 ups, 5y
And you are deflecting. Once again. Do the math. Answer the question. What exactly is your point? Scandinavia is better than the USA? Is that it?

Is “Move there” you standard response to everyone when they make a comment about Scandinavia? Why would anyone want to move to that dump? Most of the men there are metrosexual wimps who ride bicycles to work - and their taxes & cost of living is through the roof to pay for it to be the nanny state that it is.
