If you refuse to allow the argument to even start by not engaging them, it lets the wind out of their sails. And pretty soon, they'll get the message that it's no fun trying to get into an argument with a Conservative when the argument is only 1 sided. And in many cases you not only halt the troll bugging you, but you also halt the alts of that troll too.
