Mmmmm... Your analogy is flawed with hasty generalizations and has no basis in reality scientifically or statistically. If only 1% of streams owned 90% of stream water, then the other streams wouldn’t be considered streams. In fact 1% of “streams” owning stream water would be considered an ocean.
