There were some minor administrative mis-entries in the books of the Trump Foundation like paying some admin&control from donation pool.
Which was brought up by some nit-pickers who have no life because they are obsessed with digging up dirt on Trump 24/7.
A judge cannot simply reject an appeal to court no matter how stupid assholes they be because Lady Justice is supposed to be blindfold.
Trump and his foundation - unwilling to break down years of accountance and sum up thousands of amounts figure by figure again - instead went ahead and said "Ok mofos - the whole balance sheet of the Foundation goes to charity!!" Which clearly amounts to a larger sum than just donation minus management costs. So much theft!
The court had no choice but to settle the case since obviously justice was served.
not a single penny of the Veteran's Fund Raiser went poof.
