Tried to break through is a far cry from breaking through within minutes as you claim. Which, by the way, not sure where you got that from the word "try."

Also, even if they did break through, it slows them down and curbs many others from trying as well. You obviously know nothing about fences and walls.

The original article, which I read this morning, stated that CBP is aware and has been aware of this, and that they fully expected the cartels to adapt. It also stated that when the wall is more complete they will be able to use a system to detect the vibrations for a rapid response, that the current wall is stronger than the previous and harder to breach, and that Trump originally wanted a thick concrete wall but they went to this type of wall because of the democrats bitching. Okay, they didn't say "bitching." The rest is from the article.
