Ask Syd to make it Latest. But I hear ya, not something anytime wants to see. I was hoping to get some answers from the LGBTQ+ peeps on how they can possibly think this is normal or acceptable? The entire article this was taken from is the heartrending account of a woman's journey to manhood, back to womanhood, back to manhood and that s/he is so torn emotionally. Gee I wonder why? I don't understand.

Li'l Timmy, age 16: We learned in my science class about mammary glands today! I guess my birth mom was the one who breastfed me.

She-dude: About that. You weren't adopted. You do know that, right?

Li'l Timmy, age 16: That's impossible! How would--

She-dude: I gave birth to you! And breastfed you!

Doomed to mental illness, due to the she-dudes mental illness and selfishness to want to be a parent after mutilating their body. And society embraces it like this is some sort of hero...thanks Time magazine for showing the world how messed up you are.

i'm tired of trans people like this that act arrogant and strut about like they're so woke and shit.

biological women and trans women are different in biology; there's no way around that. they give level-headed trans women who know that a bad rep.

The most logical explanation lies in the fact that being male or female has nothing to do with the wish to become a parent and to have a child of your own flesh and blood.... Neither does being born in the wrong body have anything to do with it. So if you are a transgender and you do wish to have children of your own flesh and blood, you have not much of a choice but the embrace the gender you were born with, since a man who used to be a woman cannot get another female pregnant.... Science is not yet to the point to make that possible yet....

finally someone says it! but for future reference say 'trans man' instead of 'man who used to be a woman' :)

The media love clicks from this sort of thing as they see transitioners and people who make weird fetishes into a lucratve freak show which destroys the original intent of the conversation.

Most human decisions are not based in logic.

That's all I got. I very strongly support trans rights and even I feel sorry for the baby.

For me this brings up the question of what limits should be placed on parental rights as infringing on childrens' human rights.

True that. But they would say unless you're happy for the baby you don't fully support them and therefore you're a bigot, at least that's the impression I get from them. You have to accept this as completely normal or you're against them. It's illogical for sure but simply pointing that out would be seen as harassment. I've yet to have an open discussion with anyone from the LGBTQ crowd on any topic like this. How about you?

I'm all for language evolving to differentiate between biological sex and gender roles. English is a living language and stuff like that happens in living languages. I see nothing wrong with biological males dressing or behaving according to the gender women or biological females dressing or behaving according to the gender men.

But I think LGBTQ people need to realize that not everyone is going to immediately understand new definitions and neologisms. As well as the fact that crossdressing must neccesarily entail the risk of being misidentified. Mistakes aren't "erasure," they aren't the same as calling someone a f*gg*t or mentally ill.

And people on both sides need to stop equating "normal" with "moral." Sometimes normal can be evil and abnormal can be good.

As well, being considered a bigot by somebody is par for the couse of being alive these days. A few of my friends consider me an anti-religious bigot, and I concede they have a point. It's sad, but I don't think being respected or taken seriously by everybody is a realistic expectation.

why did you tag "woman" to this picture? I'm sorry but I only see a man, happy with his newborn son. Also to the people in the comments, there is no such thing as a she-dude. only dudes.
